• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are fully liable for any activity carried out on your account by others.
• Any changes to your account details must be reported to 399pet immediately.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 399pet may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. 399pet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until this verification is complete.

399pet supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 300 BDT.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

399pet complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, and relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

All bonuses and promotional offers at 399pet are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically deposit + bonus x 20–35 times).
• Every bonus has a specific expiry period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

All game outcomes on 399pet are determined by independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. No game result is predetermined or manipulated.

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is clearly displayed in the game lobby.
• If a technical error results in an abnormal win or loss, 399pet reserves the right to void the affected round.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, an appeal may be submitted if there is evidence of a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to connectivity issues, the outcome will be determined based on the data recorded on our servers.
• Please check the minimum and maximum bet limits before placing a wager on any game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399pet. If detected, your account will be immediately suspended and your balance forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting or arbitrage betting to exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking the game software, using bots, or employing automated betting tools.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Cheating or acting dishonestly toward other members.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward customer support staff.

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Court order or legal requirement .

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

399pet may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• For major changes, you will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request that your account be closed.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact 399pet customer support in the first instance. We always aim to resolve issues in a fair and amicable manner.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of the complaint being submitted.
• We aim to resolve complex matters within 7–14 business days.
• If the issue cannot be resolved through support, an independent mediator may be sought.
• Platform server logs and transaction records will be used as evidence in resolving all disputes.
